How do I return an item?

Spore guarantees all products against defect for one year after purchase and will replace parts or entire units as deemed necessary. Spore is not responsible for replacing parts or units that are damaged by incorrect installation or handling. We do offer replacement parts for a small charge. If you are having difficulties with installation, please visit our FAQ at our manufacturer's website, or call us at 206.624.953.

We do accept returns on uninstalled items in their original packaging up to 14 days from receipt of goods. We will issue a refund for the full cost of the item, minus the shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase once we have received the returned item. Please email Customer Service for assistance with returns so that we can expedite the process.
